Review: Write a review of this movie that everyone seems to hate, so I thought I throw in my two cents even things up a bit. First of all, if you assume that every movie is simply some sort of ideology audiences uppercut to the chest, then yes, very racist, xenophobic, and make it seem like. However, this film is based on a freakin comic; The Spartans are the most qualified, they are fighters, nationalists were some of the nastiest and certainly more driven by reason and Persia, and this was not the individuals fighting for their land and their families from the nationalist army. If they were just displayed differently to meet the current political climate? Are you mad? This film is based on the comic book of cheesy one-liners have also shown. More evidence of exaggerated characters in this film that is based on a comic book. This movie is not historical, put the film Rockstar about a specific historical event, not looking for spin massacre. Not prove accurate, or balanced, or anything of this nature, and should not, this is because it is not his goal. They do not have to type anything. ENTERTAINMENT her. Nothing more. And its damn good entertainment, my opinion.Every beautifully crafted scene. Locked stylistic and dialogue, which is apparently all the cheesy fascist and wants to be a part of, at least, somewhat inspiring, engaging and will certainly be found. These warriors Spartans trained their whole life, their whole culture is built around the success of the struggle, and that is quite good, it is much more than a slave army, and you dont want to be patriotic? Well, this movie was from the perspective of the Spartans. As this army of the Spartans? They would tell their stories, now over-inflated, over-simplified, almost mythical? There's a huge amount of character development in this film in a battle, ONE battle, the battle for monitoring the Western world, and is about the Spartans were overwhelmed by just the beginning, and if the allies of Athens to their much larger Persian fleet at sea is completely hadnt crushed, West simply could not exist as they did in any way. And yes, the Western world is guilty of arrogance, imperialism overextending its limit point, however, all of our major philosophical ideal world, simply can not be replaced, if we want to live in a free society. I spent most of my time being critical of the other reviews I realize, so take the time to, perhaps, who was just someone looking for a specific point of view on film, I want to apologize for wasting their time. I can assure you that the film is packed with action. The scenes are absolutely beautiful, every one of them. Gory film, but artistically it is gory, if any sense. You will know what I mean story, simple, direct, and inspiring. The acting is excellent. In the film, the overall experience was horrible. I gave it a 9.

At the Battle of Thermopylae in 480 BC alliance of Greek city-states fought the invading Persian army mountain pass of Thermopylae. Vastly outnumbered, the Greeks held back the enemy in one of the most famous last stands of history. Persian King Xerxes lead an army of over 100,000 (Persian king Xerxes before the war about 170,000 army) men to Greece and collided with a 300 as well as several hundred Arcadia. Xerxes waited for 10 days for King Leonidas to surrender or withdraw left with no options he moved. The battle lasted for about 3 days and after which all 300 Spartans were killed. The Spartan defeat was not expected, as a local shepherd, named Ephialtes, defected to the Persians and informed Xerxes separate path through Thermopylae, which the Persians could use to circumvent the Greeks.
